The Senior Trotters - 18 Holes Daytime

The Senior Trotters League was formed three years ago in response to a demand from seniors to play in a league without having to commit themselves to an entire summer. This league plays on Tuesdays or Thursdays starting at 7:30 am beginning the week of May 5 and runs through September 15.

• The cost is only $14.00 for the greens fee and $4.00 for the cart if one is desired. Payment is collected weekly in the Pro-shop. NO prepayment is necessary.
• Players may sign up as a foursome or may otherwise join as an individual, two-some or three-some and be matched with others of equal ability.
• Scoring is done on a par-point system. This allows players of all skill levels to have a chance to win prizes. NO handicaps are needed.
• A women's division exists for our female players.
• Prizes are awarded each week beginning with week three. There are no additional charges for the prizes; The Deerfield Country Club donates them.

The Senior Swingers League is run in the same manner as the Senior Trotters League, however participants only play 9-holes. This league is for those who do not have the time or the desire to play 18 holes.

• The cost is only $10.00 for the greens fee and $2.00 for the cart if one is desired. Payment is collected weekly in the Pro-Shop. NO prepayment is necessary.
• Players may sign up as a foursome or may otherwise join as an individual, two-some or three-some and be matched with others of equal ability.
• Scoring is done on a par point system. This allows players of all skill levels to have a chance to win prizes. NO handicaps are needed.

The Players League - 9 Holes Evenings

The Players League is for individuals and groups interested in playing after work during the week. This league requires a commitment to play 16 weeks beginning the week of April 28 through August 11.

• The cost of this league is $250.00 for 16 weeks of play and prizes. Golf carts may be rented for $4.00 per person.
• Players may sign up as a foursome or may otherwise join as an individual, two-some or three-some and be matched with others of equal ability.
• Scoring is done on a par-point system. This allows players of all skill levels to have a chance to win prizes. NO handicaps are needed.
• A women's division exists for our female players.
• Prizes are awarded each week beginning with week three.
• Participants are welcome to continue playing additional holes after their 9-hole round at no extra charge.

In conjunction with the Towns of Hamlin and Hilton/Parma, The Deerfield Country Club is offering free golf clinics for girls (12+) and women. These clinics are run on Mondays through Thursdays during the summer from 6:00-7:30pm. Each clinic is three consecutive nights and is taught by our professional, Vic Ross, in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.

Students only need clubs; all other equipment is provided. Space is limited and on a first come-first serve basis. Call your town to sign up.
