Banquet Management Services
At Deerfield Country Club, we believe that the highest level of personal service
should be afforded our guests. We therefore provide you with all the following
COMPLIMENTARY items.

Assistance and advice in all aspects of the banquet or reception to ensure
that your event is most memorable.

Your choice of Linen Tablecloth and Napkin Colors.
-
Setting up and cleaning up of your banquet rooms.
-
Cutting of your Wedding or Banquet cake. Setting up of your Sweets Table
Display.
-
Round Table Service for your guests. Wedding Arch available for your use.
-
Setting up your table flowers, Centerpieces and other standard decorations.
Setting up of your Wedding Money Box.
-
Access to our list of Bands, DJ’s, Florists and Photographers.
-
Placement of your seating assignments.
-
Use of our centerpieces on the guests’ tables and candelabras for the head
table.
-
Any other assistance and advice you may require in coordinating and
arranging your special event.
Terms and Conditions

All Functions require a $500.00 deposit to secure your date and time. Your
deposit will be applied to the final bill.

Three weeks prior to the date of your event, 50% of the estimated bill is
due.
-
The balance of the bill is due five(5) days prior to your event.
-
Ten(10) days prior to your event, you must provide The Deerfield Country
Club with a guaranteed number of guests. This will be the minimum number of
guests for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests actually attend.
If more guests are served than the guaranteed number you are responsible to
pay The Deerfield Country Club for these extra guests at the conclusion of
your event.

All prices are subject to the New York State Tax and an 18% Service Gratuity
Charge.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash. check or money order, unless other
arrangements are made in advance.

Throwing of rice or confetti inside the facility will incur a $200.00
cleaning fee.

All cakes, cookies and sweets tables must come from an establishment
approved by the Monroe County Health Department.
- As
required by law, no food or beverages may be brought into or taken out of
The Deerfield Country Club.

Afternoon functions must conclude by 4:30pm. Evening functions may not begin
before 5:00pm.

All children must be adequately supervised. Any children, who in the opinion
of The Deerfield Country Club, are not adequately supervised will be asked
to leave along with their parent and or guardian.
